Team
Edition 3 was developed by the CCCBR Framework Team, which is part of the CCCBR Technical and Taxonomy Workgroup.
The CCCBR Framework team comprises Tim Barnes (team leader), Mark Davies, John Harrison, Graham John, Don Morrison and Philip Saddleton.
B.
Objectives
Edition 3 was developed to address:
(a) Suggestions received from members of the ringing community subsequent to the implementation of Edition 2.
(b) Improvements identified by the Framework team.
